[Android] 家人们，求个思路

我有个安卓设备，想装一个 app ，但是由于设备桌面写死了，可以安装 app 但是不显示桌面图标， 所以即使安装了也没有方法打开这个 app ， 因此我想将这个 app 增加一个功能，让它获取系统权限可以在桌面的创建一个悬浮按钮， 这样的话我可以用悬浮按钮打开我新安装的 app ，我从官网下载了 apk 文件，麻烦大佬们提供个思路，本人业余 javaweb 开发，安卓没搞过，感谢各位了！

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
