翻译成大白话：允许国家队抵押股票给央行，央行给钱，让他们再投入股市。意味着央行间接买入股票。

这波央行的间接买入股票，而且不设上限，超级 QE 。短期效果立竿见影，长期不知。

买入长期债券的可以抛售了
