[杭州] 我弟在杭州摇中了共有产权房

他人在下沙那一块，现在住的是政府的公租房，小两居，月租 2.2k

从临平第一个共有产权房出来一直关注，跟他日常活动区域都不太重合

这次刚好在公租房旁边，中间隔着一个学校，位置他非常满意。

这一波房价下跌+共有产权，最终操作下来：
89 平小两居，总价 192w ，一半产权 96w
首付 15w ，月供 34xx

我弟一个收入不高，也没什么存款人，顺利上车，感谢杭州
