[Android] 开发的 app 在 vivo 的权限管理里没有自启动

在其他手机的权限管理里有自启动这一项，在 vivo 的手机里却没有，导致后台经常被杀，是需要在 app 里申请什么权限吗？

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
