[宽带症候群] 西安电信似乎更新了新的上传带宽，从 30M 变成 50M 了，但又不像

西安电信 300M 宽带，刚才在 B 站上传视频的时候发现稳定在 6.4 到 6.6 之间，也就是 50M ，但是 speedtest.cn 测速又会稳定在 30M ，中科大测速是 40M ，也不知道到底有没有提高。
