[Apple] Apple， A 区主账户， A 区能否帮 B 区账户下载的 APP 内购或者订阅？

本人不才，至今还没搞清楚 appple ID 的详细逻辑。

我知道 app store 商店的 app 可以切换登录下载，也可以跨账号更新只要输入非登录账户的密码就行。

现在虚心求教

假设 B 区下载了一些 APP ，我切换登录 A 区，然后打开 B 区下载的 APP 进行内购或者订阅，会出现什么情况呢？ 是跳 B 区账号进行验证付款；还是 A 区至今可以帮 B 区 APP 进行付款呢。 如果是前者，那么我所有需要购买或者内购的 APP 都需要对应的账号绑定付款方式吧，而无法 A 区统一帮所有其它区买？
