[职场话题] 应届生第一份工作求老哥们帮助

麻烦各位老哥给提提意见：本人是天津人，24 届天津 9 本，但因为本科学的光电，北方公司数量远少于上海深圳，所以投了挺多南方公司。最近陆续有面试和 offer ，但有个面试官说如果你离家很远，后续想跳槽回到北京天津的公司，你在深圳交的五险一金想转回去会非常麻烦。有了解这方面的老哥能说下这个“非常麻烦”具体需要什么流程，需要满足什么条件呢？ 另外这是我第一份工作，但有个公司面试时却说我进他家公司是走的社招不是校招。这里面会有什么坑吗？
