[macOS] macOS Sequoia Version 15.0 本地网络权限 后端注册中心相关问题踩坑

看到很多老哥都反馈了 Sequoia Version 15.0 导致的内网网络问题的帖子
其实 app 开一下权限能解决一部分的问题（表现为浏览器或者一些工具 app 的权限开启）
但是如果是后端工作中，比如注册中心 nacos 或者 consol 是内网地址 192.168.0.x:port 这种的
我发现本地服务也收到了影响
目前是把服务都在本地开启，注册中心也在本地启动去解决的。
求助各位老哥：注册中心和繁多的其他服务在内网的怎么办，有人遇到类似的问题过吗，是怎么解决的

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
