[NAS] 普通小机柜能隔音吗

RT ，看到有人在电脑桌下面放小机柜，所以猜测整体应该不会特别吵？
我的话不上机架服务器的那种机器，就只是小型的台式机，柜子主要是想用来隔音
求各位大佬分享下经验
