对于独立开发者来说，同时完成 ios 和 Android 的开发，工作量还是比较大的吧，还是有什么打包工具，可以同时打两个平台的包呢

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
