[Google Play] 国区 GooglePlay 开发者账号收款问题

各位遇到过之前能收款，但是最近半年不能收款的情况没。接收银行说由于 google play 打款报文没有用户名和账号导致无法入账，要给我退回去。 邮件咨询了 google play 付款工作人员，说现在都这样打款，平台统一规定。 我换了 3 个银行，银行工作人员都说缺失无法入账，有遇到过的大佬没
