已经和 Hr 谈好了赔偿，也签了那个赔偿的文件，现在等甲方签名会给我一份

由于第一次被裁没处理过社保之类的我选择 n+一个月，也就是到十月底

Hr 说快到月底了在 oa 提离职就行
想问下大家被裁后的 oa 流程都是主动发出离职这样吗？会不会有什么坑
