[Apple] iOS18 的控制中心里面关掉 wifi，只是断开与当前 wifi 的连接，而不是关闭 wifi

现在关闭 wifi 得去设置里面关闭，而不能直接在控制中心关闭。

遇到这个问题是因为我发现了一个现象：我在地点 A 通过控制中心关闭 wifi ，使用蜂窝网络，打开某需要持续联网的 app ，等我到了地点 B ，发现 app 掉线了，一看是连上了地点 B 的 wifi

感觉这样很奇怪。我明明是想关闭 wifi ，结果变成了断开当前 wifi 连接

Configure browser push notifications
