[宽带症候群] 请问大家的公网 ipv4 是怎么申请下来的呢?小弟新房子在物色宽带

目前还没选好运营商，但在这个阶段如何知道哪家运营商可以提供公网 ipv4 呢？难不成必须挑一家办理，等装维师傅上门才能知道能不能申请么？
