[程序员] 国内的 Teams 与国外的 Teams 还能交流吗？

  • 国内团队的 Teams 属于乙方。
  • 国外团队的 Teams 属于甲方。

在两周前，这两个团队还可以用 Teams 进行交流，自从两周前国内的 Teams 抽风之后就和国外的甲方失联了。

具体的失联情况就是：

  • 国内团队的 Teams 上所显示国外团队的 Teams 成员的帐号都是离线状态，消息无法发送。
  • 国外团队反馈同样的情况，即国内团队的 Teams 成员全部离线状态，消息无法发送。

然后我们就做了下面的测试：

  • 国内团队的 Teams 和国内的个人 Teams 可以正常交流。
  • 国外团队的 Teams 和国外别的组织的 Teams 也可以正常交流。

然后就搞不懂了，不知道如何才能恢复和国外团队 Teams 的联系。
