[问与答] 求能在 Windows、Android、 iPad 跨平台阅读电子书，且能英文查词和记录生词的方案

寻求一个电子书（文档）阅读方案，要求：

1. 至少能跨 Windows （网页端也行）和 Android ，iPad 也支持的话更好
2. 至少支持 PDF 、Epub 两种格式
3. 能划词或选择翻译，只需要支持英文翻译成中文即可
4. 能 OCR 识别后翻译，用于一些无法选中文字的 PDF 文档或内嵌的图片
5. 能记录生词，且能连带记录生词所在的句子
6. 能导出记录，因为我会调整格式后导入到 Anki 中

Windows 端我目前用浏览器配合插件（ Siphon 或沙拉查词）能做到（除了 OCR 识别），但是希望能有一个跨平台的方案（有利于生词收集和管理），接受付费方案。

Configure browser push notifications
