[iPhone] iOS 18 一言不合就黑屏转菊花，怎么解决？

自己的 iphone14 pro max 1T ，脑子发热升级了 iOS18 ，现在一天要黑屏转三四次菊花，非常影响使用体验。你们有没有类似的情况？

现在摸索下来，大概的情境是：

  • 当我在不同应用之间频繁切换的时候；
  • 应用开太多的时候（工作原因手机里面 600 多个 app ）；
  • 当同时开视频通话，还刷短视频，还充着电的时候

之前听说电池健康会影响手机性能，不过现在电池还有 87%，看起来没大问题。

目前已经很影响使用体验和生产力了，什么时候会出 iOS 18.1 正式版？😵‍💫
