[MacBook Pro] Intel Mac 发热降频到 1Ghz 有解吗？

2017 Macbook Pro 15 i7 16g ，日常都是外接多一个 2K 显示器中轻度办公，微信飞书企微，Chrome 网页多开几个（二三十）就开始卡了，发热降频变 PPT ，持续个十来分钟，不动他过会就好了。

暂时没有升级 M 芯片的动力，性能对我完全够用，就是发热太离谱。还有方法补救一下？

目前已经垫高使用，听着风扇呼呼转，温度也不怎么降。还说电源插左边温度会低一点，好像用处也不大

清灰换硅脂？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
