[酷工作] 数据工作远程机会

  1. 背景：我太太所在的生物实验室与 US 那边的实验室有合作，现在寻求一名数据开发远程工作者。
  2. 薪资：有一份为期一年（可续签）的合同，薪资 3-4 万刀，居家办公，定期通过 zoom 跟团队沟通。薪资不高，但考虑到这是科研项目，不是商业盈利项目，可以理解。而且工作压力也不会很大。
  3. 职责：参与开发和实施 RCT 和观察数据整合的统计模型。参与开发用于模拟混合类型临床数据和方法实施的软件包。分析纵向数据以估计随时间变化的治疗效果。
  4. 要求：具备 r 语言、python 语言开发能力。具有机器学习、因果推理和纵向数据分析经验。
