身高 174cm 体重 67kg 配速在 6 分配左右，平时每周会跑个四五天，现在穿的是亚瑟士 contend4 ，通勤跑步都穿这个，但是发现路跑鞋底有点硬，正在准备半马，想买个偏软的，看了索康尼啡速 3 ，但是发现没货了，预算在 1000 以内
