[全球工单系统] ColorOS 原相机无法上锁

因保密单位需要开发 MDM 软件，用于摄像头管控，在国内采用的方法是通过设置应用为 DeviceOwner 来提权达到可以控管摄像头的目的，这种做法在小米、华为、vivo 都可以实现原相机和第三方相机的管控，但是在 ColorOS 系统上就会出现原相机不可管控，第三方相机可管控的情况，例如 oppo 、一加，这个是系统问题吗，有解吗？

  3. Adjust your preference.
