[问与答] 房子到底什么时候入手合适

首付预算 40w 左右

一直在看成都的二手房，相比于前两年能选择的范围越来越大，但是缺越来越不敢下手了......都建议再等等，需要等到什么时候下手合适呢？有什么比较明确的信号吗，有没有过来人帮忙给点建议

买房需求其实就一个：想要有一个属于自己的房子，能够随心所欲的布置自己的空间，不会因为“以后搬家麻烦”这种理由放弃购买一些自己想要的东西.。。还有就是不想再和房东斗智斗勇了....

另外有朋友建议我 40w 全款买个老破小...但是我的顾虑是：这辈子大概率就只会买这一套房，我想尽可能的住的舒服一点...
