[生活] 如此大放水，真的没有后遗症吗？如果有，代价是什么？谁来承受代价？

心里很担忧，正经想咨询各位大佬，不是在发牢骚。

这几天股市涨得飞快，我 15 年清空所有股票后就不再玩了，连密码都忘了，所以也没准备充值入场。近期各种刺激政策，各种放水，钱没地方流的时候只能先向股市流去，另一个楼市大家还是没信心。

但我在想，放水刺激经济真的是灵丹妙药吗？经济学真的如此简单吗？水多了放面，面多了放水？

做为普通人，在不参与股市下，如何预防后期出现的问题？屯黄金？
