[计算机] 请教一下微星 b650m 自检报错该如何排查

板 u 是 r7 7800x3d 和微星 b650m gaming plus wifi
点亮之后 cpu 有温度，主板自检跳一红一黄，应该是 cpu 和 dram 检测有问题，内存条用另一台已经在其他电脑上点亮过的和全新的都试了一遍，应该可以排除内存条自身的问题，主板和 cpu 的供电接口都检查过是插紧的
我朋友的机器也是相同配置，他昨晚成功点亮了一次之后也出现了和我一样的问题
请教一下各位大佬接下来应该如何排查可能出现的问题，还是说主板有问题直接去申请换货
