[问与答] 关于回迁房的公共地下车库安装充电桩的问题

由于是回迁房，车库公用没有产权，如果要安装充电桩的话只能接物业的电路，也就是 1 元一度电，这充一次相当于家用的两次了。

有没有什么办法可以申请到个人电表呢？

当然，不会占用公共车位，也不会装地锁之类的，会找个偏僻的地方安装
