[程序员] 求助：请问各位 AdSense 到了 10 美金之后的 PIN 码邮寄邮件怎么提高收到率

AdSense 金额到了一定程度会自动锁住广告金额输入让人输入身份和税务表，但是作为 08 的还真不知道这真邮件要怎么提高收到率

已经连续 2 次 pin 码申请了，第三次要再收不到怕广告停了
