[macOS] mac 上面 safari 的云同步我无法割舍，所以不能用 chrome，所以买了 adguard 给 safari 去广告，导入 github 里面的广告过滤规则

问题是这些广告规则确实能去除几乎所有广告，但是它会误杀很多图片和正常弹窗视频，连 Amazon 的商品图它都误杀，有没有啥解决方法啊
