[奇思妙想] 外卖卫生安全红黑榜 app/网站 可以吗？

基于位置/手动选择位置 展示附近的外卖卫生情况。 内容大概如下： 1 点过外卖的人晒图 2 路过或者骑手取餐的时候顺手拍一下实际环境

因为最近去了一些城中村，发现很多外卖小作坊，环境令人作呕，甚至整个巷子都是蟑螂尸体味 ，最可怕的是有一家店似乎是我点过的。

所以有没有类似的第三方的红黑榜，如果没有的话 我来做一个会有什么风险吗
