[问与答] 网易账号修复逆天操作“既是必填又是选填”

由于账号绑定的手机号很早就不用了，回归之前基本上都是用密保问题进行二次验证登录，回归之后直接把这项删除了，导致我只能去申诉账号，申诉账号时发现了这个 “既是必填又是选填” 逆天操作😅
