[问与答] 大家有补充过牛磺酸的吗？说一下自己的感受或者意见？

最近在网上看到有人推荐补充牛磺酸，自己上网搜了一下据说可以减肥和提神？但是这个是不是和红牛效果一样？那会不会有什么杀精这样的副作用呢？有补充过的 v 友说一下自己的感受吗？

继去年的 Science 之后，今年 4 月份的 Cell 和上个月 Nature 都又发表了牛磺酸治肿瘤和减重的论文，这三篇顶级论都是正刊
