[问与答] 关于 Windows 里的 缩放(DPI) 和 分辨率 的一个疑惑。

在一个高分屏（ 4096X2160 ）底下，设置 100% 的 DPI 缩放 和 1920x1080 的分辨率，同样也可以正常显示画面，
我的疑问是：
1920x1080 → 4096X2160 这本身就是“缩放”了，
上面的那个 DPI 缩放 和↑这个机制有什么不同吗？
