[NAS] NAStool 如何添加非私有站点

发现了一个宝藏站点，资源非常棒，但不是 NAStool 支持的私有站点，添加后站点测试 OK ，但索引器里看不到这个站点。搜索电影也不显示该站点的资源，只能显示其他公共站点从该站重新打包的资源，那些是本来就可以搜到的，所以跟没有添加这个站点一样。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
