[Apple] 抖音大陆版本和港区版本是如何做到上架的？

港区的抖音和大陆的图标，应用名称完全一样

不同的是港区的没有直播带货，没有橱窗之类的。

如果是 2 个不同的 app ，为啥不会触发马甲包拒审？

如果是同一个应用，为啥可以做到分别更新？
