[iCloud] uniapp 是不是得搭配 unicloud 使用？

rt ，一直不太清楚一些问题
1. uniapp 是不是得搭配 unicloud 一起使用，比如我想用 uni-push ，uni-pay 什么的？如果不搭配使用的话 uniapp 是不是仅仅就是个组件库？
2. 我如果用了 unicloud 是不是服务器 数据库什么的就必须用它官方的？不能自己部署到阿里云什么的去？
3.这个小量用有免费方案吗？

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
