[问与答] 在容器内开发的时候如果选择的是根目录， CPU 占用特别高

最近尝鲜容器开发环境，发现进入容器后开发如果选择的目录为根目录，那么 cpu 占用在 90+%，但是如果选择 root 目录就 1%不到。这是为啥？还有就是不知道怎么设置，导致我在容器内创建 spring 项目的时候提示访问异常，开发人员工具提示我访问 127.0.0.1:7897 （我宿主机的代理）失败
