[VPS] rn vps 有点坑

刚买了个洛杉矶的，全球 ping 不通，我👀没防火墙设置，但是系统运行了，进 vnc 密码太长不能粘贴就直接换个 ip ，还是不行。想再还发现收费了。然后我去控制面板看 vnc 发现不用密码。进去了发现应该是启动失败嗯界面，不停报错，然后选择重装系统发现点了内反应，现在提交就工单等回复......

买 vps 头一次遇到这种情况。
