[问与答] 冷冻肉的保质期和营养流失，口感的问题？

家人会屯很多肉，海鲜，以前不做饭，不买菜，印象深刻的一次会把臭鱼吃掉，当时也不关注营养学，食品保鲜等议题，吃的方面也很凑合，现在越来越重视，最近才知道海鲜的冷冻保质期不应该超过 3 个月，猪肉的冷冻日期是 1 年，有一个疑问，时间放到多久会造成营养的流失，口感变差呢？
