[电动汽车] 纯电车的磷酸铁锂电池，日常充电和放电有没有注意事项？

想问下大家开纯电的磷酸铁锂电池，日常充电和放电有没有什么注意事项？

注：
1.个人有车位，使用家充。
2.之前看车厂的电池保养说明手册，有提到说磷酸铁锂的电池，前 3 次充电最好是使用快充冲到 100%（但个人感觉这个应该只是为了保证系统对电量的预估更准确，更保养电池本身没太大关系吧）
