[Android] 分享并开源一个自己写的电视直播 APP - WebView 电视

原理如名，目前很多电视台都会在自己的网站上有直播，我使用 WebView 加载直播的网页 URL ，找到 video 标签并自动帮你全屏。
apk 适配了触摸和遥控器按键交互。
由于使用的是官网的 URL ，频道源非常稳定。
缺点：载入频道稍长（没有直接打开直播源那么快，低性能机器上可能不流畅，无法选择清晰度等）

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
