[Windows] Win11 长时间不关机导致，资源管理器卡死，求助

最近几个月我的笔记本经常会出现这样的情况，两三天不关机之后，笔记本就会出现资源管理器卡死的问题：无法打开任务管理器，无法打开任何应用，任务栏的应用点击没反应，想要关机重启也关不了，只能电源键强制关机。 想知道各位大佬有碰到过这个问题吗？是怎么解决的，真滴烦呀

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
