[问与答] 天津联通是否封禁了 OpenVPN？

我在路由器上架设了一个 OpenVPN 服务器，想要在外时可以连接家里的资源，结果发现新建的 vpn 只能在内网连接，通过公网连接就会连接超时。

请问天津联通是否封禁了 OpenVPN ？虽说工信部发文要求没有资质的用户不得使用 VPN ，但是联通这也做的太绝了
