求推荐适合中老年人使用的旅行运动相机

RT ，爸妈刚退休喜欢旅游，但是拿手机拍一来不及时二来容易发热，所以萌生了给他们买一台类似于 GoPro 之类的小玩意以满足记录生活的需求。

但是本人是摄影菜狗，除了 iPhone 没用其他东西拍过照片、完全没有用过 GoPro 类似的设备，还求各位 V 友推荐一款交互逻辑简单的运动相机。
