[macOS] 一个关于 DoH DNS 的问题

最近发现似乎只有阿里的能用，如下：

https://dns.alidns.com/dns-query

之前的这些似乎都不能用了因为某些尚不清楚的原因：

https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query https://dns.google/dns-query https://dns-family.adguard.com/dns-query

想问下大家：

  1. 你们的海外的 DNS 能用吗？
  2. 这可能是什么原因造成的？我排除了我自己的网络的原因，用了几个不同的 Wi-Fi 似乎都是这样，机场也换了 2 个测试，都是这样。
  3. 看起来似乎是这些 DNS 被屏蔽了？会有这种可能吗？
  4. 我个人不太懂网络，还请赐教，感谢

代理软件为 QX ，DNS 如下：

[dns] prefer-doh3 no-system doh-server=https://dns.alidns.com/dns-query, https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query, https://dns.google/dns-query, https://dns-family.adguard.com/dns-query
