[宽带症候群] 四川电信疑似因多播/大流量上行，上行被限速

RT ，这个月 PT 跑了可能十几 T 的流量？

（不确定，qb 基本限速 3M/s 以内，这个月四川电信改造，宽带账号被换成全大写了，然后昨天换完都还一切正常（至少没发现有问题），今晚在浏览 nas 文件时发现奇慢无比）

爱快测速结果是下行 1020-1035M ，上行 5-10M ，感觉像是被限速了（之前没记错是 30M ，后来自动升级到 50M ）
