[iOS] 苹果撤回了对 iPad m4 的 ios18 升级

不少人更新之后直接变砖，只能返厂维修，修完东西全没了。      
之前发过一个帖子，越来越觉得说的是对的。https://v2ex.com/t/1044589

按现在的 ios 质量，还是不更新为好吧。
