🌆测试一些东西，重启 sdn 光猫，分配到 114.91.xx.xx 段，速度到国外慢的要死，ping 1.1.1.1 都 800 ～ 1000 毫秒延迟，还丢包，看油管只有几百几前 k, 之前 101.222.子网段。ytb 都是 10-20 万
