[问与答] 京东服务现在变差了吗？

今年感觉京东服务变差了,遇到几次,京东客服没积极处理. 最近遇到几次问题是，第三方商家发申通快递，我地址写明不允许放驿站，结果申通快递不联系你直接放到其它地方的菜鸟驿站. 结果给申通客服和商家反映均没有任何结果. 快递公司现在都这么明目的故意给你放驿站. 京东现在管理商家也不行了. 光退款有什么用，太耽误时间和精力了.
