[宽带症候群] 多拨的叠加上传有没有利用的场景

我家的宽带是电信，我们这边是支持多拨的，因为运营商是电信我这边要到了(公网 IPV4 + 公网 IPV6)*2

因为我的套餐本来就是千兆下载 三十兆上传，在今年 openwrt 的软路由系统崩了以后 我买了个 N100 的机器做 Ikuai 软路由，开启多线负载后，在测速的时候，下载不变，但是上传能跑到 100M 左右， 朋友跟我说 这个只能在服务端支持多线程的情况才能起作用，正常的公网传输文件 只能用 30M 。

我在想有没有一种方法能让我的组网享受到这个上传叠加的福利，因为我在外省工作，传输文件都是通过 tailscale 来进行的，家里搭建了 derp-server 都是通过这个 derp 进行中转数据的。

目前看来这个多拨带给我能享受的福利只有两个公网 IPV4 的动态 IP
