[宽带症候群] 跑 PT 的一个疑问

我使用的是电信的 100M 下线，20M 上行的宽带，但是我在跑 PT 的时候，发现有时上下行都能够到 20 、30M/s ，换算过来就是 160M~250M 左右的带宽，想问一下各位跑 PT 有遇到过这种情况吗？ PS：无公网 IPv4 ，开了 IPv6 的 我的猜测是不是因为我下载或者上传因为有附近的用户，所有走的算是电信的内网，所以才突破了我原有的带宽限制
