[Telegram] hahasim 收不到 TG 短信怎么办

已实名，试了国内能收 b 站注册短信，国外能收老鼠台 Twitch 的注册短信
但就是收不到 TG 的短信，节点都换了一遍试过，用 TGX 也收不到
有没有同用 hahasim 的 V 友有解决办法？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
